125th Anniversary of Philippine Independence Commemorative Coin

The Philippines commemorates its 125th Independence Day under the resounding theme, "Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan" - an ode to Freedom, Future, and History. As we look back on the 125 years, this momentous occasion serves as a reminder of the past, a beacon of hope for the future, and a celebration of the unwavering spirit of us Filipinos.

Suarez & Sons Inc., entrusted by the Office of the President of the Philippines, takes great pride in creating a tribute for the celebration. With utmost dedication and skilled craftsmanship, the company has poured its heart and soul into crafting this coin - a symbol of trust, unity, and reverence for the Philippines' journey toward progress.

A 2-inch in diameter made from gold-plated brass material, this showcases the finest craftsmanship of Suarez & Sons Inc. Limited to only 350 pieces, this exclusive masterpiece is commissioned solely for the Office of the President of the Philippines, and regrettably, it is not available for public sale, adding to its rarity and significance. Alongside the commissioned version, Suarez & Sons Inc. also created two additional versions of the coin for the company's keepsake - one with a nickel-plated finish and the other with a satin finish.

The front of the coin boasts an intricate image of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta Marcos. On the reverse side, the official seal of the President of the Philippines takes center stage, representing the nation’s highest office and its enduring authority.

A symbol of profound trust. Crafted with care, it reflects the responsibility entrusted to Suarez & Sons Inc. by the Office of the President to honor the nation's history.
